Clearance Track is affordable for organizations of many sizes. The pricing structure is tiered based on the number of employees you store in Clearance Track. The smallest installation, for 25 cleared employees or less, costs just $1200 per year, or $100 per month.

What agencies does it support?

Clearance Track supports full clearance processing, data storage, and form generation for CIA, DOD and NSA. It supports clearance data storage for DOE, DHS, DIA, DNI, FBI, NGA and NRO.

Does it integrate with JPAS?

The government does not allow direct syncing with JPAS; however, you can export data from JPAS into an excel spreadsheet, which can then be uploaded into Clearance Track.
